With a wide range of headache types comes a wide range of causes! Neck and shoulder tightness are often a big factor, and can lead to restrictions in spinal movement as well.

At Touchpoint, we aim to locate the cause of the headache so we treat the problem at its core. Sometimes this involves a referral to a medical doctor so we can gather further info, but often the headache originates from the upper neck or jaw; both of these we can help you with.
